TERMS & CONDITIONS Cancellation policy   24 hrs Notice to cancel or change an appointment would be appreciated to enable  us to accommodate clients on our waiting lists.  All evening Treatments and an Hour long appointments require Name, Contact number, Credit Card Details. No-Shows will result in 25 % charged to your Credit Card . Mobile phones Our treatments area is designed as a peaceful environment. Please respect our wishes and switch mobile phones off when you arrive. They cause a great disturbance to the treatment of other clients. This is your time In the interest of health & safety please understand we cannot accommodate  children under the age of 16 for treatments or in the waiting area.
